What symptoms you are describing seems like akathisia. This usually happens due to antipsychotics. If you are taking them and experiencing this symptoms then get it checked. Usually benzodiazepines give a better control than THP which is an anticholinergic agent. But I would need to get more information to diagnose the condition properly and tell you proper treatment
