Hi Doctor,
I am feeling this from last 6months. When I go to sleep violent thoughts come to my brain of killing myself and killing others. I dont know what I am doing i am not able to concentrate feels very negative... I feel like crying all the day n night feels like my mind is freezer nothing is going in or out. I feel helpless and restless whenever I wake up in morning I have severe headache sometimes it lasts for whole day. I am neither able to work at office even i am not able to remember things. I feel worst. Please help me guide me. I am not able to control my anger my thoughts my emotions. I feel like to die every other moment. Please guide me.
