This is nothing to worry about. It’s a bacterial infection of the pertaining hair follicles. It requires antibacterial ointment. If this is an issue that occurs frequently and involves other areas, it’s best to take a test called pus culture & sensitivity to analyse which antibiotic you are sensitive to and consume accordingly.
