Thoracic injury
Succumbed to a thoracic injury a couple of days back. Edge of the staircase hit my spine. Now touching on the specific spot there is a shooting pain that goes up my spine. Sometimes there are muscle spasms as well as little diaphragm pain. Please somebody help me about how critical this is?

Thoracic injury can predispose one to intercoastal neuralgia which occurs due to irritation of nerves. A pain Physician would be an ideal person to help you. Cold fomentation would definitely help. Take care.
