Add fiber in your diet like fruits, vegetables juice, soup,sprouts and salad in your daily intake. Take cinnamon tea for cholesterol and 1tsp triphala pd  2 to 3 days in a week with water before bed  .

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities. Gud evening r u having unhealthy foods junk foods very often,r u exercising, r u sleeping early or late night,r u drinking 3ltrs water minimum per day,do u have some form of stress pls ans all.
