Its been almost a year since i saw a small part of my penis foreskin getting a lighter color then after sometime a bigger part is lighter and the skin is very thin in that area . As you can see the pink part on the foreskin is the area which very light and thin . what can be the cause?

It is easily diagnosed by a dermatologist and if needed a blue light (Wood's lamp) examination is used to understand it better. Kindly consult a skin specialist.
