Hello Sir, I have included pics of my eyes this time. So I am suffering from thin lines of watery discharge since 1 month around. It's always something in my left eye, a thin line of discharge, that i Ultimately need to remove it using my finger even though i try not to do it for sake of infection spreading, but it create problems. It blur my vision. I have also used Ciplox D eye drop for 10 days around, 1 drop twice a day in both eyes without consultation to anyone, so problem still persist the same. Hope you help.

Its look like allergy reaction. Not infection.  Start decongestant and lubricant drops at least for 15 days

This is called a "ropey" discharge, which is classically seen in Allergy of the eyes. Antibiotic (Ciplox) has no role because there is no infection . And the steroid part (D of the Ciplox - D) isn't required since it's not severe, no redness and no pain or massive amount of discharge.
Next Steps
First of all, you don't HAVE to use medication unless it's very bothersome. If the discharge is causing blurred vision you can wash it off with cold water. If you need quicker relief then you can use a basic moisturizing eye drop like Ecotears eye drops 4-6 times a day
Health Tips
if no improvement with the above, or if burning or itching is present , then you can get back and we can add any mild anti allergic drop.

It's not infective so you do not need antibiotic. Just use any lubricant eye drop. Along with that use anti allergy drops.
Next Steps
consult if it persists
