An aggressive Dnc is done with infected instruments. You need complete anti infection and  adhesion treatment  from homeopathy. Stop consulting that gynaec. You can begin taking Puls Q 10 drops twice daily in half cup of water. It will help but not cure. For cure you have to consult soon else the changes will become irreversible.

Hi, Dont worry you will be pregnant soon if u take a proper homoeopathic treatment. Endometrium is thin because of many causes pelvic inflammatory disease after D&C, adhesions formation, Stress, Hormonal imbalance like low oestrogen levels, PCOD,fibroids etc. but when the root cause is properly found and treated accordingly. along with general management. you will soon get normal menstrual cycles. then pregnancy become possible. so leave your worries....have confidence....need to know ur menstrual history...general health....whether u r anaemic...etc
Next Steps
contact me through practo if u wish to start a treatment...detailed case taking and selection of remedies is important..First, is to bring ur menses back to normal....u will get bleeding only when there is formation of endometrial lining which sheds every month... second, increase the uterine lining health and make it thick enough.... third, is waiting for u getting concieve naturally...
Health Tips
do not go for more hormonal treatments, no more surgeries.... take foods which are anti inflammatory and anti oxidants to reduce and stop adhesions formation...like fruits, berries, whole grains, oily fish, low fat dairy products, also increase intake of low glycemic foods like millets , ragi, etc. do moderate exercise to increase blood flow to your uterus. do yogasanas...breathing exercises...increase intake of soy milk, tofu, walnuts which contains natural oestrogen...reduce intake of outside foods, junk foods, also coffee...

hi ! after miscarriages sometimes infections occur in the body due to which hormonal changes also take place. there are different causes why such takes place in the body. u have not mentioned regarding the details of abortion, did the doctors gave any cause for abortion, and in which mnth u had miscarriage ? ur problem can be solved completely and u can get back ur periods nrmly through homoeopathy and u can attain pregnancy easily after that.
Next Steps
consult a good homoeopath in ur vicinity, or else u can consult me thru contact or mail i can guide u for the treatment.
Health Tips
u need not worry about it, hormonal changes mainly occur due to mental stress most of the times, and also sometimes after marriage also due to change in the body mechanism hormonal changes may occur which can be brought back to nrml level. just try to keep away ur tensions and have proper diet and sleep.
