Am 30 yrs old female. Working in IT.
Being at home only for past 8 months.
No much physical exercise done by me.
From yesterday I feel both thighs pain.
It's something deficiency?
What should I need to take ?

Physical exercises daily for half an hour even in home in the morning. Tablet Ultracet twice daily. Take well balanced diet with plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water.
