Thickened tongue with raised papillae
Since yesterday i was feeling this thickness in the middle of the tongue, it was hurting and burning. I saw the middle line in the tongue thickened with raised white papillae, more like clustered together white thickened skin. What is this?

Hi...detailed history is needed...is there a history of trauma (injury) with a tongue cleaner?? Or any history drinking a hot drink?
