I did an USG for my increased weight gain and irregular periods as I missed this month's periods which was due on 12th March.
My endometrium measures 14 mm and is in midline and i have not been detected with PCOD.
Should I be worried?

Missed or large gap between two periods can lead to excess growth of the endometrium ( lining )
At this moment you shouldn’t be worried of that.
Focus on weight loss.
If you can achieve regular periods, the lining will come back to normal.
