Thiamine deficiency
I am suffering from POTS weakness in limbs vertigo tinnitus impaired balance consulted cardiologist and neurologist my tmt echo ecg mri brain usg abdomen cbc kft lft thyroid all normal so it's very frustrating why I am suffering from all the above mentioned symptoms then consulted another neurologist he told me that may be I am suffering from thiamine deficiency (vitb1) and vitb12. He never told me to check my vit b1 levels because there is no reliable test to check for vit b1 deficiency but my symptoms all are pointing towards b1 deficiency considering my poor diet I used to skip meals when I was working as IT professional some days only one meal per day. So my question is I want to consult someone who is trained to treat nutritional deficiencies because I think I am suffering from multi vitamin and mineral deficiencies including magnesium.

Gud afternoon in short u need a lifestyle modification so that u can live a healthy life.its solely upto u to give effort from your side to follow a healthy lifestyle routine like having healthy home based foods on time atleast 5 small frequent meals on each 3 to 3.5hrs gap not more than that ,drink sufficient water if u r drinking less water approx 3ltrs water intake should be idle, exercise minimum of 30-40 mins at the beginning if feel comfortable then u can gradually increase exercise timing to 60mins minimum, try to sleep early if having any issues in getting proper sleep in night then try to do light forms of mind relaxation yoga asanas atleast 1hr before going to bed 15-20mins  las but not the least reduce stress by doing same yoga or meditation in evening time on alternative days of other exercises like jogging, cycling, walking, low to medium intensity cardio work out for strength or stamina.
Next Steps
if u have any sort of queries related to lifestyle modification  then connect through practo instant consultation, my timing 8 to 10am, evening 5 to 7pm except fridays-off day.pls take prior appointment kindly.

Surely. We can discuss first your symptoms and on that basis It can be plan out. Lifestyle change and dietary modification both are very good ways to cure nutrient deficiencies as when you take additional supplements that will not hep you to enhance your metabolism system. You should work at your metabolism rate to absorb nutrients from whatever meal you take, that will help you more
