I want to know the concept of lazy eye . why its occur and how it will be normal.. Is the surgery only treatment or it will be normal by something else ?

Lazy eye is not treated by surgery. Usually if 1 eye has a no. which has not been worn eye becomes lazy. Close the good eye and start using the lazy eye with proper spectacle correction

Lazy eye is equal to a lazy person.if you don't take work from a particular person and other person works for him then the person not working becomes lazy. If during the process of getting lazy ,You start hammering him then he is likely to be active. The same is true with your eye. If one eye is working and other eye is my working due to refractory error or any reason then the weaker eye becomes lazy.it cmo be reactivated up to the age of 12...13 ..yrs after that no treatment is successful.
