Actually I am ex covid .so I am suffering from back pain.so what I should do.my eyes is redness.and legs pain also .

Its ok.. To have back pain.. Its post covid weakness. U can take some multivitamin, protein rich diet, increase calcium intake

How long back did you suffer from covid 19? Any other chronic illness do you have like DIABETES, Hypertension, thyroid, allergies?
