Severe back pain in covid
My brother has tested covid positive 2 days back, no other symptoms except severe back pain, he is taking covid medicines(fabiflu, becosule, limcee, addferol, pan,  ascoril) as prescribed by the doctor and having dolo 650 twice in a day for back pain but not giving relief. Pain is unbearable, so far no pain killers used. please advice..any specific medicines do you recommend. Thanks for your suggestions and help in advance.

This is a common concern in patients. Unfortunately pain killers other than paracetamol is not safe in covid. Usually the pain will go away after a few days. You can take Dolo 650 up to 4 times in the mean time.

Only thing is advisable in Covid is Paracetamol..he can take Paracetamol 4 times every 6hourly
