Can symptoms of heart attack come 1 week/ month earlier too? And will it be severe? Can taking an aspirin help in reducing the seriousness of the heart attack? Or what can be done to reduce the seriousness of a heart attack?

Yes mild symptoms can occur before a full blown heart attack. Not in all this happens.
