  4. Tetanus Shot. Was unable to lift my arm.

I got a tetanus shot and I have pain but also have the inability to lift my arm. It was administered on Sunday at 2:00pm and I began feeling pain and immobility around 11:30 pm. In the morning when I woke up I was unable to lift my arm.
