Tetanus toxoid injection
Sir my age is 17 years my childhood vaccinated for tetanus is complete UpTo 4 dose intinal 3 dose UpTo 6 months of age and one booster at 18 months of age then after that taken one tetanus toxoid injection at 15 years of age current age then again in September 2021 taken one tetanus toxoid injection and before 7 days taken one more tetanus toxoid injection for injury but today got injured in muddy soil do I need tetanus immuglobin as read that tt injection don't provide instant immunity and I have taken it before 7 days only do I need tetanus immuglobin for protection as injured in muddy soil or not required please tell please tell

I note that your tetanus immunization is upto date and your recent TT dose was 7 days ago. Hence you may not need Tetanus immunoglobulin if your wound is an uncontaminated/superficial wound.
