I want to try testosterone boosting supplement. I m not into sports/gym. Is it safe/good for normal person to take it to look fit or loose some fat

Hello..... Don't take any harmone supplements to stay fit... They will backfire at you one day... ...Have high protein containing food.... one can reduce weight by dietary and lifestyle change . Have more of fruits and vegetables ..have foods like chapattis, roti... Avoid junk food, oily food items.. Exercise regularly (yoga ),jogging ... Sleep for at least seven to eight hours..
