Testicular tumor

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hi actually my brother whose age is 27 gone through a testicular tumor operation in which his right testis has been removed. And his cancer is in 1 at stage. Now doctor is advised to take chemotherapy of 3 dose in 21 cycle. In his biopsy report IHC has been advised which is not done. Please suggest what to do after this surgery. Is chemotherapy is important to take?
