Hi Doctor,
Recently upon self-examination discovered that right testicular was bigger than left, which I heard was not uncommon.
However, it also felt different, as my left is hanging lower and felt as if there is more liquid inside and space to move compared to my right. Also felt slight discomfort around the pelvis area, dont think it is at the testicle itself. Also experiencing lower back discomfort.
Furthermore, went to see a GP about this and got it examined, he looked and slightly squeeze and compared the two, stated it was still slightly soft, didn't look hard and didn't need to worry about it.
Could I get clarification please thanks.

There might be slight variations in the size of testicles. On squeezing a normal testis a dull aching pain is felt. It is better to consult a surgeon. If in doubt, better to do an ultrasound of the scrotum.
