Testicular pain from 4 years , now testicular atrophy. 4 years ago got mumps orchitis. Azoospermia...Is it Cancer or not ?

Hi. Mumps orchitis causes testicular atrophy in 40-70% cases. It decreases sperm count in 10% cases. It’s not related to testicular cancer. Kindly get USG of scrotum to rule out any swelling.

No this symptoms doesnt suggest cancer. Testicular atrophy is due to mumps orchitis.

It is not testicular cancer. Still you can do ultrasonagram  of testis and review with report
