Hi, Masturbation is one of the major reasons you have been facing this issue. Testicular pain can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease. Examples include trauma, tight pants or underwear, jogging, cycling or decreased blood flow to the testicles from prolonged sexual arousal. See a doctor immediately if you: Develop sudden, severe testicle pain Have redness or swelling of the testicle Get a fever or chills Notice blood in your urine Make an appointment to see a doctor if you: Have mild pain lasting longer than a few days Find a lump or swelling in or around a testicle.
