Hi, I understand your concern. Testes once atrophied cannot be restored to normalcy. But my question is whether they are really atrophied or it's your conclusion. Better get examined by a doctor - urologist / endocrinologist - who will help you with any possible treatment. If the testes are functional (producing enough testosterone and enough spermatozoa), then size may not matter.
