Testicular atrophy
Testicular atrophy occurred to me in class 8 due to an accident. I m now 23 still  there no sperm. My right testicle is like a small stone , like a bean. Left one is fine , can i able to produce sperm for able to became father??? Is there any process to fully recover the right testicle... thank you
