After Testicular torsion do's and dont's
Hey doctor,
I had a testicular torsion while I was 18 and unfortunately I got one of my testicles removed and the other one is stitched to the skin inside,
So would there be any issues if I go to the gym or do exercise???
Because I would like to do cycling and go to gym and other activities too.
Kindly let me know if it affects my physical health..
