Testicles Itching and redness

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Sir there is itching and redness on my testicles. I have used Ring guard cream but that didn't help. I am not Indian, leaving in backward area of Pakistan, so kindly suggest me something which is easily available. Moreover plz don't ask for online consultation because without payment it would not be possible. Here in Pakistan google pay and pay pal service is not available. And I don't have an online Bank account. If you can help I would be really thankful. Thank you
