Testicles Injury. Than the left side.

Pls Help I am really worried. I had a left testicle injury about a year ago , it felt like my left testicle had become smaller , I went to a gp , also a urologist , they said everything was normal and I aslo got an ultrasound done which turned out to be normal. But now after a year the issues I still feel like I have are , I don't get morning erections at all I don't remember the last time I got one and also i am pretty sure the sensation on the right side of my penis and testicles is more than the left side. I cannot get erections like I used to before and also while erect sometimes I feel pain on the bottom left of my penis not the testicles but the bottom left side of the penis. I know this may sound stupid but the right side of the penis seems harder than the left side.
