Both my testicles are paining when slightly pressed. There is something below my left testicles which makes me feel more pain relatively ,I don't think it's a part of my left testicle. but sometimes I feel they are good and not paining
And my testicles hang a bit low and I don't know whether it's normal or not .

Hi, Orchitis is an inflammation of one or both testicles. It is usually caused by a bacterial infection or by the mumps virus.
To ease your discomfort:
Rest in bed
Lie down so that your scrotum is elevated
Apply cold packs to your scrotum as tolerated
Avoid lifting heavy objects
