Testicle position. Is it normal?

On 2nd december, i had slight pain in my left testicle and it remained for 2 days. The pain was not continous, it was 8-9 times a day for a minute then the pain was gone. After that on 5 December i had same kind of pain in my right testicle. So i thought of consulting a doctor. I went to doctor on 9 december and he suggested me to have ultrasound for my testicle, fortunately my ultrasound was fine and he gave me painkillers for 3 days and antibiotics for 5 days. After 1-2 days pain was gone. But now i have noticed that my right testicle is in front of left testicle. And when i walk my jeans touch on it which makes me unconfortable. And sometimes my right testicle is above and left testicle is hanging down. Is it normal?
