Testicle discomfort
After masturbation, I feel discomfort in my left testicle, it's like a tingling feeling from my testicle to left thigh to the left foot. Also, when the temperature is high I feel discomfort and inflammation in left testicle veins. Feel a little swollen as compared to right's. I also feel a mild pain in my back. It eases on taking proper rest or applying ice pack. Was diagnosed with Epididymitis in left testicle 2 years ago and I got that treated within a week or so. As the discomfort continued I went for the Ultra sound again but everything came as normal. Currently the issue is random but I am worried. Please advise.

During this act, due to excessive force there might be injury to the genitals which may be the reason for your symptoms...urinary tract infection may be the cause... There are evidences which suggest that excessive masturbation might aggravate hair loss and it might cause premature ejaculation which will cause difficulties in concieving in the future. So I suggest you to do yoga and mainly meditation to have some willpower to control your habit...consult nearest surgeon they will do the needful.
