Hello. Second time infections are generally observed to be mild and at most times asymptomatic. You need to follow general measures of healthy well being. Eat healthy, maintain social distancing, get your scheduled dose of vaccination and exercise regularly. These measures should be enough to keep your immunity upto the mark. If you still are having recurrent viral and bacterial infections you might want to consult an internal medicine specialist to screen you for immunodeficiency disorders.
