I am having indigestion problem from one month slowly it is getting ok but not 100 percent then i have get tested full body check up in my report my bilirubin total is 1.47 (0.2-1.2) , bilirubin indirect 1.23 (.01-1.0) , vitamin D 7.84 and b12 below 50 please consult

Avoid alcohol. Avoid spicy and oily food. Low cholesterol diet. High fiber diet. Drink plenty of water.4 litres per day Stop smiling if you do. Don't over eat. Avoid outside food. Have green leafy vegetables and fruits. Avoid tea and coffee. Do some physical exercises on a regular basis. Add some methylcobalamine supplements.
