Since last few month I am having stool in blackish color. Someone in my extended family said that this can be a possible symptoms of cancer. Is it true? Is there any test that I can get done for confirming this doubt.

Black stools need not be cancer , but yes pl get your stool examination from a laboratory with test called stool for occult blood. If positive you will need to meet a gastroenterologist
