How long after missed period can I do beta HCG serum test for positive result . Please guide on this thing. Also for kit test when can I do . Can u do beta HCG serum after 3-4 days of missed period date?

Beta HCG serum can be done as early as a day of missed period.  For a urine test wait for a week and do it if still no periods.

In a regular 30 day cycle  pregnancy test blood or urinecan   be done on day 31 Counting from day one of the period In irregular cycles should be done on day 37
