Post covid I am feeling weakness in my body, however one month has been passed.. Some time feeling mild pain in middle of chest and irritation in throat.. it can be gas & acidity...?? Infection in body can cause of weakness??? Which test can detect infection in whole body?

for infection in the body to be present there must be sign of infection like raised temperature, loss of apetite, weakness, lethargy what symptoms are u facing currerlty ya u r right the mild pain in middle of chest may be a sign of acidity.
