Body ache feeling of weakness
On Tuesday had gone out on a outing to a waterfall along with two other individuals took the the basic measure n on Wednesday afternoon did some excercise crunches (v crunches, reverse crunches,leg raise n bride pose) for first time had some junk food in the evening (along with drinks) n all of a sudden Thursday morning between 4-5am body ache n felt slightly cold ... Friday morning body ache considerably reduced n on Saturday even further... have no other symptoms like fever or sore throat/ cough oxygen levels between (97-99) ... currently just a little stiffness, minimal body ache n feeling of little weakness...have booked for RT PCR test on Monday (July 5)... kindly guide me doctor 🙂

It could be due to physical exertion. Take tablet dolo 650 for body pain. Rest. Drink plenty of water. Wait for the rtpcr report. If positive or if symptoms don't resolve or any concern, you can consult me on practo. I would be happy to help.
