I am 61 years old and was suffering from Tennis Elbow from the last 2 months. How much time it will take for complete cure and what is the best treatment / best doctor / physiotherapist in hyderabad. I prefer treatment at home if possible.

Use tennis elbow splint while doing any work Regular streching and excersises for strengthing muscles and icing and if it does not heal consult orthopaedic surgeon nearby
