What are the exercises and line of treatment for tendonitis in right wrist i am suffering from it since 2 months. Only giving cold compression and having turmeric milk

Tendinitis may be due to repeated use of particular movement. Your nature of work may  be the reason..

the reasons for tendonitis may be varied. we need to know the origin or the cause of your pain. if you use mobile or laptop for a long time, you need to stop that. you need ti give rest to the tendon. icing alone is not going to help you. meet your physio and get a course of treatment done for the pain.

lightly warm coconut oil and put a litlle turmeric in it and apply to your wrist every 4hrs once. then apply heat pack for 20mins.
