What is pain in wrist exercises
Today morning while I was doing suryanamaskar, due to my weight, suddenly I got pain in my wrists, left more than right. I am 18 year old male. What are the best exercises that I should do to get relief from the pain of the wrist? Will the pain immediately alleviate?
