Tender in left costal margin & ribs near
Since 1.5 years i have this tenderness when touching or accidential touch on left costal margin and near by areas. First it started in one point now its spreading surrounding area, nild warmth, as i have belly i couldnt able to identify swelling. Some time i feel i cant get full breath. And hollow feeling on left stomach region, aggressive over eating sometimes,  shouting (emotional outbreak) touch ( even my 2 yrs old touch make it painful). For last 5 years i mostly lay fown on left side due to 2 pregnancy comfortable position to sleep as kids sleep on my left side  .Is this can cause issue or my belly can cuse any issue ? Can able to feel the dress which i wear in chest and even a chain i can able to feel the sensitive.  Occationally i get increased heart rate also, anxiety, fear. Wat could it be ? A yr back i took x ray nothing found and in Usg also nothing. Now a days its getting worse!!

Thanks for reaching out. After carefully reading your complaints it seems that you may be having a non infective disease, which has to be carefully evaluated along with reviewing all previous reports. This is definitely an issue and you must consult a doctor immediately. Take care.

Consult a general surgeon, as it needs a physical evaluation rather than an online consultation. Kindly go to a hospital and get a CT scan done for the swelling. And get routine blood tests done, CBC, LFT, KFT, ESR, CRP. And kindly show to a surgeon after getting these reports done.
