Temp not decreasing after taking dolo650
Hi, please respond. I am on certain medicines like zinc, vit c, azethromicin and dolo 650. I have a complain of fever which stays 100.2 (maximum) but doesnt come below 100°f. It's been 2 days im taking dolo 650mg- 4 times a day. Fever is accompanied by slight leg pain. Can this be covid? If not what can it potentially be? Given my blood sample for malaria and typhoid testing. !!Please Help!!

Your chest x ray is normal. As far as covid is concerned, it usually presents with dry cough/fever.  But the variations can be vivid. It is better to consult online for more details about your symptoms so that i can correlate better or get a few tests before. Complete hemogram. Wait for your malaria reports. Also get a NS1 antigen tested.
