Telogen effluvium hair fall

Asked for Male, 20 Years

My dermatologist said that I have Telogen Effluvium.Can some one plz give me proper answer I am asking this same question 3rd time...when will the hair fall stop and for how long the hair continue to fall and when will I notice at least small hair.Its been 3 and half month with proper medication but hair hasn't stopped.

If you are loosing more than 100 hairs per day, then it's telogen effluvium. It usually responds to proper treatment. But if you are having androgenic alopecia treatment is different. So proper diagnosis is required. Please contact me for second opinion.
