My baby is 5 month old and I started solids for him from yesterday night I am  giving him Cerelac stage 1 wheat and Apple flavour how many spoons can I give for one feed and how many times can I give him per day. Is it okay to give cerlac or can I try some other solids please to mention something which I need try or can I continue cerlac itself

Hope your baby is exclusively breast fed. Start weaning only after baby completes 6 months . Give all home made semisolid foods and do not give market foods formulas.
