the given investigation is an ultra sound report, showing that there is
1) Fatty liver: too much fat build up in your liver, it is predecessor for conditions like cirrhosis, but is a reversible condition.
2) cholelithiasis: stones in the gall bladder blocking the release of bile.
3) Mild splenomegaly: mild enlargement of spleen
