Teething process started ? 3 months baby
Hello Doctor, My baby is 3months old.
Can you please check attached photos and let us know if teething process has started ? Because he is drools a lot, pulls his dress and try to chew it. He puts hands in mouth.
He got mild fevers from past 2days (100°).
Is this possible at 3months one can get swelling of gums for teething .
I am Sharing his photo. Is this teething process? Plz guide me.

It is not tooth it is the base of the upper tooth . It is normall. Fever may not be connected with it
