What is the weight? Many kids weight stays on lower side for some time and then they catch up. Drinking milk less is quite common in infants. Weight, height and head size all have to be taken into consideration. Give vitamin D supplement daily till 1 year. Start solid foods (complimentary foods) now. Its difficult to comment without all information. Please visit a pediatrician for check up. Better to avoid formula like dexolac as they have chemicals and additives unless prescribed by a pediatrician
