From the past few days I am having sensitivity pain in my left side of jaw(teeth) which sometimes extends to my left ear and left side of throat as well. I have started using sensitive toothpaste of Apollo pharmacy. The pain is a bit less but not gone. Mostly it pains whenever I drink something hot or cold especially at night. Should I start taking any medication?

Pain and temperature sensitivity means either your tooth is infected, or may be some inner layers of tooth is exposed.
Consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options. As without full history and viewing it's difficult to advise treatment options.

Hello
Since you’re having pain and sensitivity in your left side which increases at night, this is clear indicative of some infection in the tooth. You need to visit a dentist get a proper checkup done and treatment subsequently. For the time being you can just do warm Saline rinses (Take half a glass luke warm water and add a pinch of salt and do rinsing with it at least three times a day after meals). I would recommend you not to rely on medicines because this is something that cannot be cured at home
Next Steps
Kindly visit your dentist and get the proper treatment done
Hello
Having pain and sensitivity in the left side especially at night is indicative that there is some infection in the tooth. It might be the wisdom tooth that is troubling you or any other tooth where the decay has reached the nerves of the tooth. It might require root canal treatment. In both the cases you need to visit your dentist and get a checkup done. He will take some x-rays and properly guide you what treatment is needed.
Hello, you need to show it to any nearby Dentist. Taking medications won't help.
One needs to see whether a tooth needs a root canal therapy or just a restoration.
In case it is a wisdom tooth, it might go for extraction since a wisdom tooth doesn't aid in chewing and is difficult to treat, hence it is advisable to get extracted.
Next Steps
You should show to your nearby dentist.
Health Tips
You can do lukeworm water rinses 4-5 times a day for 1 week, it will help and give you relief.
Avoid taking too many medications, as they may give temporary relief and not treat the root cause of the same. take care
