Teeth Jaw facetightening
Having back teeth jaws and side face tightening especially in the left side. feel very uneasy . Had got sever mumps last 8 months back on the left side simultaneously lymph node enlargement on both the sides due to infection, got cured from antibiotics

It could b viral infection. Take acylovir for mumps u can get mmr vaccination. I can go for lymph node aspiration cytology once to get proper diagnodis

We normally do not prescribe antibiotics for viral infections unless there is super added infection by bacteria..... it looks like that you are suffering from re-infection of the virus or it could be Neuralgia like situation also..... please visit a dentist for a proper clinical examination..... the treatment can and should be instituted only after a proper diagnosis..... Regards.....
