I have been told by my family members that I tend to grind/clench my teeth during sleep. Whereas I have no idea of the same. Read about it on the internet and came across the word "Bruxism". Luckily, I have no such dental or any other problem(s). The same has been happening over a month now.
Request the doctors to please suggest on the same.
TIA.

Hello mam..
BRUXISM is Excessive teeth grinding or jaw clenching....it is a paranormal activity..
causes of bruxism:The causes of bruxism is unknown....but mostly it is related to stress....and occlusal discrepency...
TREATMENT OF BRUSXISM:
Occlusal splints(DENTAL GUARDS) are commonly pescribed for bruxism
3 main reasons for this
Gastric problems
Psychological stress
Dental occlusal discrepancy
So I would suggest you to first find out ur reason and treat ur problem accordingly.
