Teeth Grinding/Clenching
I have been told by my family members that I tend to grind/clench my teeth during sleep. Whereas I have no idea of the same. Read about it on the internet and came across the word "Bruxism". Luckily, I have no such dental or any other problem(s). The same has been happening over a month now. Request the doctors to please suggest on the same. TIA.
